Prof. Francisco Daniel Meléndez is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a Master in Tax Analysis from the University of Guadalajara.
He is currently a member of the Legal Department of Alonso y Cía, Consultores Fiscales, where he specializes in litigation issues in tax matters, with more than ten years of experience.
Prof. Joaquín Aguirre
Gaduate in Law and Master's In Taxes. He has a Diploma in Urban Law and a specialization in Contract Law. Certified by the CNBV in matters of prevention of resources of illicit origin and financing of terrorism. In addition, he has a Diploma in Corporate Law and Tax Law.
He is currently a part-time professor at the UAG teaching the subjects of Tax Law, Tax Procedure Law and Tax Procedure Law Clinic. He is Manager of the Tax Area at the legal firm Flores-Madriz Asesores, SC (2010 to date).
Prof. Lérida Rodríguez

She has a master's degree in Tax Law. She has been General Director of Conclusive Agreements of the Taxpayer Defense Attorney, and worked in PRODECON Mexico as Follow-up Coordinator, State Delegate and Director of Delegational Liaison.
Prof. Daniel Mier
Daniel Mier Morales is a certified public accountant and lawyer with experience advising foreign and national companies, both in their start-up and in their operation in Mexico.
He is the founder of MIBO Consultores, a business advisory firm, and is also a professor at ITESO Jesuit University of Guadalajara. He has worked at PwC Mexico and Mazars in Mexico as a tax consultant. He is currently studying a master's degree in Taxation.

In this class, we will analyze how disputes or controversies that arise between taxpayers and the tax authority in relation to VAT and ISR are resolved. in Tax Matters
In this class, they will address the guarantees and precautionary measures that can be applied by the tax authority to ensure compliance with tax obligations, such as the retention of bank accounts or the seizure of assets. The rights and remedies available to taxpayers affected by these measures will be discussed.
