Prof. Javier Uhthoff-Red
Prof. Javier Uhthoff-Rojo is a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property with experience in Copyright, Entertainment Law and New Technologies.
He has worked at Televisa and is currently a Senior Associate at Uhthoff, Gómez Vega & Uhthoff, SC. He has a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property and a Certificate in Entertainment and Industry Law.
Prof. Alberto Arenas Badillo
Prof. Alberto Arenas Badillo Master in Administration and Political Science and experience in management and direction positions in the area of copyright.
He is currently the Director of Reserves of Rights of INDAUTOR.
Prof. Juan Antonio Dorantes Sánchez
Prof. Juan Antonio Dorantes is a lawyer and has a master's degree in International Relations, an expert in Intellectual Property.
He has worked in the Mexican government and the World Trade Organization, leading negotiations on technical barriers to trade and being a panelist in trade disputes.

Animated characters in the food industry: This class will discuss NOM 051, which prohibits the use of animated characters in the advertising and packaging of food for children under 12 years of age.

Intellectual property and registration of animated characters
This class covers the legal aspects of intellectual property of animated characters in Mexico. It will discuss copyrights, trademarks, how to protect and register these characters. The correct assignment of copyrights and how to protect authors' rights will be addressed.
